being in the Hamlet of Orient, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New
York, bounded and described as followst
BEGINNING at a point on the ordinary high water mark of Hellocks
Bay about 185 feet southwesterly along said high water mark from the
easterly corner of land conveyed by the party of the first part to the
party of the second part; from said point of beginning running southerly
and then southeasterly and then southerly and then northwesterly and
then southwesterly about 300 feet to said high water mark, thence north-
easterly along said high water mark about 175 feet to the point of be-
ginning.
