his heirs and assigns forever.
RU those certain plots, pieces or parcels of land situate, lying and
being at Orient, in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
generally bounded and described as follows:
Parcel I
Containing by estimation 48 rods, being 6 rods in width in front
and rear and 6 rods in depth. Bounded westerly by lands formerly of
Joseph C. Havens, now of Barra; northerly and easterly by land formerly
of George G. Glover, and southerly by Main Roed.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Charles E.
Glover and Rosalie Glover, his wife, to the party of the first part by
Deed dated August 1, 1901 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office in Liber 511 of Deeds at Page 577 on November 6, 1901.
Parcel II
Commencing at a stake on the northeasterly side of Main Road at
the southeasterlycorner of other lands of the party of the first part
(Parcel I above), running along said premises 99 feet to a stake;
thence running westerly along said other land of the party of the first
part (Parcel I above) 132 feet to a stake at the northwest corner of
said other lands of the party of the first part• running thence north-
erly along land now or formerly of John Barra lb-1/2 feet; running
thence easterly 141 feet to a stake and land formerly of George G. a
Glover; running thence southerly along said land formerly of George G.
Glover 115-1/2 feet to the northerly side of said main highway; running
thence along the northerly side of said highway 9 feet to the point or
place of beginning. Said parcel containing 12 rods, more or less.

Being and intended to be the same premised conveyed by &ufu;. W. Tut-.-
hill to the party of the first part by Deed dated I.:ay 2 1910 and re-
corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 721 of Deeds at
Page 89 on the 16th day of May, 1910,
Parcel III
Commencing at the northeasterly corner of other lands of the party
of the first part (Parcel II herein) and running thence northerly 33 feet
to a certain stake; running thence westerly in a direct line with lands
formerly of H. H. Terry about 147 feet to land now or formerly of John
Berra; running thence southeasterly alon said land of John Barra 18-3/4
feet to a stake; running thence southerly along said land of John Barra
about 15 feet to other lands of the party of the first part (Parcel II
herein); running thence easterly along said lands of the party of the
first part 141 feet to the point or place of beZinning.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Frederick '
Tabor to the party of the first part by Deed dated May 17, 1910 and re-
corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office in Liber 726 of Deeds at
Page 90 oil May 16, 1910.
Exceppting, however, from the above parcels the premises heretofore
conveyed by Marie L. Karcher, the party of the first part herein, to H.
Arthur Karcher, the party of the second part herein, by Deed dated
January 27, 1931 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on
February 4, 1931 in Liber 1554 of Deeds at Page 404.
