line of land of Gardners Bay Co., Inc.; thence along the easterly line o
land of Gardners Bay Co„ Inc, north 31 degrees, 01 minutes, 30 seconds
west 150,18 feet to the southerly side of North Lane; thence due east
along the southerly side of North Lane 145,87 feet to the point or placei
of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with the easements and subject to the restrictions as net forth
In Schedule A hereto annexed and made a part of this deed.
BEING the same premises that were conveyed to the parties of the first
part by deeds, one dated December 19, 1949, recorded In Suffolk County
Clerk's office 1n Liber 3028 of deeds at page 407 on December 19, 1949,
and the other dated July 31, 1951, recorded in said office in Liber
3279 of deeds at page 467 on October 22, 1951.
