Van Tuyl, April 22nd, 1930. ' Said map being annexed to and a part of a certain deed from George W. Hallock to Robert H. Preston dated May 20th, 1961 and recorded inthe Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 23rd, 1961 in Liber 4990 of deeds at'page 35. Intended to be all those premises south of Meadow Road of which Lucius H. Hallock died seized and additional lands which George W. Bullock subsequently purchased and conveyed to Robert H. Preston. - It is intended by this deed to convey all those premises conveyed by the Gid's Island Realty Corporation to Luke Irace and Josephine M. Gulotta by deed dated July 8, 1965, and re- corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 14, 1965, in Liber 5780 of deeds at page 01. SUBJECT to covenants, easements and restrictions of record; any state of facts an accurate survey may show, Ordinances and building regulations of the Town of Southold, and to the following covenant which the parties of the second part agree shall run with the land and shall be binding upon their heirs and assigns, to wit: 1. To maintain present dike in as good condition as same is at present south of Meadow Road, or if said parties of the second part- their heirs or assigns, wish to change the location of said dike, it may erect a dike of equal size and quality of workmanship along the entire length of said premises south of Meadow Road connecting with highland now or formerly of Percy Douglass, on the West and with "Dock Property" of George W.
