Preston dated May 20th, 1961 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on May 23rd, 1961 in Liber 4990 of deeds at page 35. Intended to be all those premises south of Meadow Road of which Lucius H. Hallock died seized and additional lands which George W. Hallock subsequently 1purchased and conveyed to Robert H. Preston. SUBJECT to easements and restrictions of record, if any, and the Ordinances of the Town of Southold.
