developed by Peter Blank and Son, East Williston L. I., N. Y." and
Piled in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March 18,
1953 as Map #2038, as being owned by "Unknown Owner" and being that part
of said parcel south of an extension of the -north line of the lot im-
mediately north of Lot #65 and marked "RESERVED", and further,
ALSO BEING and intended to be part of premises conveyed to party
of the first part by Paul Harry.
