of G. S. Howell;
THENCE North 70 degrees 38 minutes 00 seconds East along the last men-
tioned land, 82.00 feet and land of C. M. Rogers Estate;
THENCE along the last mentioned land, the following two (2) courses and
distances:
(1) South 03 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds East, 283.51 feet; and
(2) South 22 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds East 60.00 feet to the
Northwesterly side of Main Road;
THENCE South 50 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds West along the Northweste -
ly side of Main Road, 63.60 feet to lands of R. C. Hackett and the point r
place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors her -
in by Deed recorded In Liber 6233 cp 209.
SUBJECT AND SUBORDINATE to a Mortgage made by the grantors to the Farme s

originally in the amount of $14,000.00, the balance of which the grantees
