where the same is intersected by the Southwesterly corner of Jamd conveyed by
Richard W. Ketcham to Everett Fred Schrader and wife by decd dated 3-31-6o and re-
corded 4-22-60 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office and Pram said point of beginning
running thence North 88 degrees 57 minutes 00 seconds West 119.67 feet to land now,
or formerly of King or Schafer; running thence along said land North 8 degrees 53
minutes CO seconds West 93.01 feet to land now or formerly of East Marion Disposal
do.; running thence along said land South 89 degrees 13 minutes 00 seconds East
119.79 feet to land so conveyed to said Everett Fred Schrader and wife; running
thence along said land South 8 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds East 93.55 feet to
the point or place of BWnQl1iG.
ITOOMHEt WITH a right of ingress and egress for all purposes over that certain
piece or parcel of land, situate in East Marion, Town of Southold, Suffolk County
and State of New York bounded and described as follows: Northerly by a right of
way, easterly partly by land now or formerly of the East Marion Disposal Company,
pertly by land nw or formerly of Mildred Foster and partly by land two or formerly
of Frank Cowan and Margaret Cowen, southerly by the Main Highway, and westerly by
lard now or formerly of Ylm n Schafer, formerly of S. Harmon Tuthill.
Being the same premises conveyed to Frederick P. Mathews by Deed dated
January 19, 1962, from Elizabeth M. Brown and recorded in Liber 5132 of Conveyances,
Page 580. Frederick P. Mathews died on Feb. 21, 1965, leaving surviving as his sola
heir at law ]ys-niece, Louise E. Gray, one of the grantors herein.
