THIS INDENTURE made the 20th day of December, 1966, between
Stanley Rutkowski (individually and as administrator of the Est. of Clementine
Rutkowski, deceased), residing at 34-15 - 74th Street, Jackson Heights, New York;
Leonard Rutkowski, residing at 25 Preston Lane, Syosset, New York; Anthony J.
l�. Wisowaty, residing at East Marion, New York, and Elizabeth R. Rice, residing
at 7922 Quimby Avenue, Canoga Park, California, being all of the heirs-at-law
and nest-of-kin of Clementine Rutkowski, late of Suffolk County, parties of the
first part, and Judysteve Corporation, a domestic corporation having an office
1 at (Post Office Box 84) Bay Shore, New York, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, in consideration of $10 and other
valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, do hereby grant and
release unto the party of the second part, its successors and assigns forever,

general easterly direction, 300 feet; 3) in a general northerly direction, 300 feet;
4) in a general westerly direction, 265 feet, and (5) in a general northerly direc-
tion, 202.15 feet to a point on the southerly line of the Main Road (distant 35.28
feet from the northwesterly corner of the state's said lands); running thence along
the southerly line of the Main Road, the following two courses and distances:
1) north 6453'30" east, 20 feet, more or less, to a concrete monument, and thence
2) north 57°40'40" east, 430.21 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the parties of the first
part of, in and to the land lying in the bed of the street in front of and adjoining
said premises to the center line thereof.
