to E.H. and G.H. Williams; RUNNING THENCE along the Last described
land North 64 degrees 19 minutes West 197.16 feet to a cedar post
and land of John D. Dyer; THENCE along said land of John D. Dyer,
North 32 degrees 44 minutes 50 seconds East 120.79 feet to land of
A.A. Abersmith; THENCE along said land of A.A. Abersmith, South 64
degrees 19 minutes East 187.61 feet to said Westerly line of Oyster
Ponds Lane; THENCE along said westerly line of Oyster Ponds Lane,
South 28 degrees 13 minutes West 120 feet to the point or place of
BEGINNING.
The party of the first part is the same person who acquired title
to the above premises together with his wife, Vera T. Stevenson, by
two deeds;
(1) from N. Alfred Luce dated 11/23/45 and recorded in the
Nassau County Clerk's Office on 5/16/47 in Liber 2705 cp 569; and
(2) from N. Alfred Luce dated 9/9/46 and recorded in the
Nassau County Clerk's Office on 5/16/47 in Liber 2705 cp 572.
Vera T. Stevenson died on December 11, 1966, a resident of Nassau
County; her Will was duly admitted to probate by the Surrogate of
Nassau County on February 9, 1967. (Case No. 126525) .
