Beginning at an iron pipe set on the westerly line of
Oyster Ponds Lane at the northeasterly corner of a twenty
(20) foot strip of land conveyed to Helen L. Newman by N.
Alfred Luce; running thence along the last described land,
N. 64" 19' W. two hundred three and fifty-two one-hundredths
(203.52) feet to land of Sohn D. Dyer; thence along said land
of Sohn D. Dyer N. 320 44' 50" E. eighty and fifty-five one
hundredths (dO.55) feet; thence along other land now or
formerly of N. Alfred Luce, S. 64° 19' E. one hundred ninety-
seven and sixteen one-hundredths (197.16) feet to an iron
pipe on said westerly line of Oyster Ponds Lane; thence
along said westerly line of Oyster Ponds Lane, S. 28° 131 W
eighty (80) feet to the point of beginning.
Said premises are the same as the premises conveyed to the
Grantors by Edward H. Williams, III et al by Deed dated August 26,
1977 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office, Liber 4352,
page 520, August 29, 1957.
Said premises are subject to 1966-1967 taxes payable to
the Town of Southold in the amount of $22.92 which the grantee
assumes and agrees to pay.
