L.I., N.Y.," and filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on March
18, 1953 as Map #2038.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part and George Giese, her husband, by Peter Blank and Peter Blank,
Jr. by deed dated August 13th, 1959 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
office on August 27th, 1959 in Liber 4682 of deeds at page 184.

George Giese died testate a resident of Westchester County, New York,
on April 9th, 1964.
