beginning, said point of beginning being the northwesterly corner
of the premises herein described and the northeasterly corner of 1
Parcel 2, hereinafter described; from said point of beginning
RUNNING .along said southerly line of said 50 foot private

THENCE along other land of the party of the first part,

TOGETHER-with a right of way over said 50 foot private road from
the northeasterly corner of Parcel 1 westerly about 245 feet to
Aquaview Avenue.
ALSO with a right of way over said 35 foot private road from the
northwesterly corner of Parcel 1 southerly about 4475 feet to the
Main Road (Route 25) .
ALSO with a right of way over a strip of land 35 feet and then 50
feet in width from the first mentioned 35 foot private road at a
point about 120 feet southerly from the premises and running
westerly abot 240 feet to Cedar Lane.
ALSO with a right of way over and the right to use in common with
others a 40 foot strip of land, the westerly line of which is the
easterly boundary of land conveyed by the party of the first part
to Wm. G. Lenz, Jr . ; and running from the northerly line of said
50 foot private road northerly about 275 feet to Long Island Sound.
