executors, administrators, successors and assigns forever,

the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September 22, 1927 as Map No,. 275,
which said lot is more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Bayview Drive where the
same is intersected by the division line between Lots 20 and 21 as shown
on the aforesaid map; running thence northerly along the easterly side
of Bayview Drive on a chord bearing north 3 degrees 29 minutes 40 seconds
west, a chord distance of 100 feet to a monument on the southerly side I
of Bayview Drive; thence easterly along the southerly side of Bayview
Drive on a chord bearing north 62 degrees 55 minutes 20 seconds east a
chord distance of 45 feet to the division line between lots 19 and 20
as shown on the aforesaid map; thence south 31 degrees 42 minutes

of the first party in and to any streets and roads abutting the above
