that certain tract or piece of land, situate, lying and being at Orient, in the Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the westerly line of Youngs Road about 954.78
feet northerly along said westerly line from the Main Road, said point of beginning
being the northeasterly corner of land of the parties of the second part; from said
point of beginning running along said land of the parties of the second part, South
80 degrees 44 minutes West 165.0 feet to an iron pipe and land now or formerly of
Robert G. Hughes, Jr, and Eleanor van Blarcom Hughes, his wife; thence along
said land of Hughes North 9 degrees 16 minutes West 100 feet to an iron pipe;
thence along land of the parties of the first part North 80 degrees 44 minutes East
165 feet to an iron pipe on said westerly line of Youngs Road; thence along said
westerly line of Youngs Road South 9 degrees 16 minutes East 100 feet to the point
or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with all of right, title and interest, if any, of the parties of the first
part, of, in and to any land lying in the bed of Youngs Road adjoining said premises,
to the center line thereof.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE a portion of the premises conveyed to Lawrence
H. Revbine and Dwight A. Horne by Henry F. J. Knoblock by deed dated July 17,
1954, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3729 of Deeds at
page 301 on the 22nd day of July, 1954.
