Drive and thence North 2 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, along the
easterly side of Circle Drive, 110 feet to the point or place of

Aquaview Avenue for access to and from Rocky Point Road.
TOGETHER with a Right of Way over a certain strip of land running
from Aquaview Road to Long Island Sound, more particularly described
as followst
BEGINNING at a stake on the northerly line of Aquaview Road and
distant 490 feet easterly from the easterly line of Rocky Point Road
measured along said northerly line of Aquaview Road; running thence
North 7 degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds West 260 feet, more or less,
to Long Island Sound; thence easterly along said Long Island Sound
59 feet more or lees; thence South 4 degrees 10 minutes 10 seconds
East 280 feet, more or leas, to said northerly line of Aquaview Road;
thane along said northerly line of Aquaview Road, North 83 degrees
10 minutes 10 seconds West 45 feet to the point of beginning.
