GABRERT, his wife, residing at 4 Concordia Place, Bronxr,ille, New York, part ies of it, second part, WITNFSSF.TII,that the party of the brat part,in consideration of TEN AND 00/100 ($10.00) Dollars, lawful money of the United Settee, and other valuable considerations paid by the parties of the second part does hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part, as tritenants by the entirety, the survivor of them, his ordhep4nd gu eeesxerer, ALL that plot Of land situate at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, which is the northerly portion of lot 83 as shown on a map entitled "Map of erection Two Gardiner's Bay Estates, situate at East Marion, Long island" which map was filed in Suffolk County Clerk's office on September 23rd, 1927, under the number 275, and which portion is described as follows: BEGINNING at the point where the division line between lots 82 and 83 intersects the westerly line of the street which is unnamed on the filed map of Gardiner's Bay Estates and running thence westerly along lot 82, which was conveyed to the parties of the second part by the Party of the first part by deed dated October 21, 1953, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 3602 of deeds at page 546, 165 feet to lot 98 as shown on said map; running th ur southerly along said lot 98 and lot 97 20.5 feet to the northerly line bf land conveyed by the party of the first part to Genevieve C. Kelse y deed dated December 3y , 1964, thence easterly along said land con- veyed to Uenevieve C. Kelsey to the westerly line of the said unnamed street and thence northerly alonx said street 27.25 feet to the point of beginning. This plot is conveyed with the same right of way and easements andl subject to the same restrictions and covenants as are set forth in the Prior deed to the parties of the second part conveying said lot 82 with the exception that the parties of the second part are not to pay additional beach rents but for all purposes as to covenants of re- striction and easements she plot 82 together with approximately one- half of lot 83 are to be considered as one plot. This deed is given to correct an error in the previous deed made by� the parties of the first part to the parties of the second part cover- ing the northerly portion of lot 83 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's office in liber 5847 of deeds at page 85, in which the premise were described as the "northerly portion of lot 82".
