Powell, running thence along said northerly line of Aquaview Avenue N. 69° 10' 10" W. sixty (60) feet to land of Mary E. Powell, thence along land of Mary E. Powell N. 0° 19' 50" E. two hundred five (205) feet, more or less, to Long Island Sound; thence easterly along said Long Island Sound about forty- one (41) feet; thence S. 3. 40' 10" E. two hundred twenty (220) feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. TOGETHER WITH all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part of, in and to such portion of Aquaview Avenue as adjoins the said premises on the south to the center line thereof, and together with all the right, title and interest of the parties of the first part of, in and to the land under the waters of Long Island Sound adjoining the said premises on the north. Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Arnold H. L'Hamedieu, also known as A.B. L'Hommedieu, and Isabel L'HoMmedieu, his wife, to the parties of the first part herein by deed dated May 22, 1948 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on May 26, 1948 in liber 2830 at page 371. The purpose of this deed is not to change the interests appearing in the deed in liber 2830 at page 371 in any way except to change the ownership from that of Tenants in Colmon to Joint Tenants.
