WTIWFJ.4TM that the party of the firstpart,inconsideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second on,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plat,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon courted situate
lying and being ux! at East Marion, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:-
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of land conveyed by Robert W.
Gillispie and Marion S. Gillispie, his wife, to the parties of the second part
by deed dated August 19, 1954, said point being North 61 degrees 28 minutes
West 124.39 feet from the northerly line of Main Road; running thence along
other land of the party of the first part, two courses:
(I) North 84 degrees 54 minutes 20 seconds West 173.06 feet; thence
(2) On a line parallel to and 162 feet westerly measured at right angles
from said westerly line of land of the parties of the second part, North 15
degrees 30 minutes West 1200 feet, more or less, to ordinary high water mark
of Long Island Sound; thence easterly along said high water mark, 170 feet,
more or less, to said westerly line of land of the parties of the second part;
thence along said westerly line South 15 degrees 30 minutes East 1200 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
