Alfred - Luce, north 64019' west, 192.26 feet to the point of beginning. BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed made by Norman B. Mullen and I:iildred B. Mullen, his wife, dated September 25, 1959, and recorded in tle office of the clerk of the County of Suffolk SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might snow.
