Lucius H. Hallock died seized and additional lands which George W. Halloc
subsequently purchased and conveyed to the party of the first part.
Also all that certain piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements erected thereon, situate lying and being in the Hamlet
of Orient, Town of Southold County of Suffolk and State of New York,

BEGINNING at the intersection of the northwesterly line of Platt
Road with the northeasterly line of Orchard Street; from said point of
beginning running along said northeasterly line of Orchard Street, N. 640
55' 00" W. - 17.12 feet; thence along land of the John Jagger Estate,

SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to the following covenant, to which the party of
the second part does hereby agree and which shall run with the land and
be binding ucon such party, its successors and assigns, to wit: !,
1. To maintain present dike in as good condition as same is at
present south of Meadow Road, or if said party of the second pert its
successors or assigns wish to change the location of said dike, 1i may
erect a dike of equal size and quality of workmanship along the entire
length of said premises south of Meadow Road connecting with high land
now or formerly of Percy Douglass, on the West and with "Dock property"
of George W. Hallock on the East.
SEIDL AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by George P'. Hallock by deed dated May 20th, 1961 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clark's office on May 23rd, 1961 in Liber I
4990 of deeds at page 35.
SUBJECT further to a first mortgage in the sum of $10,125.00 presently
held by George W. Hallock, Orient, New York, which the party of the recon¢
part hereby assumes and agrees to pay. !
