Van Buskirk, C.E. 108 Van Slcklen St., Brooklyn, N.Y." a copy of which said MP was filed July 11, 1906 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office as File No. 421; Thence running northerly by a straight line one hundred forty (140) feet, more or less, to Monument #9 as shown on said map; Thence running northwesterly by a straight line one hundred thirty (130) feet, more or less, to Monument i/8 as 04741 -,x:.549 shown on said map; Thence running southerly along the easterly edge of a Private Road as shown on said map, a distance Of two hundred thirty (230) feet more or less to a point on the northerly side of said Kings Highway which said point is aistant westerly eighty feet (80) more or less from said Monument k10, as shown on said map, when measured along the northerly side of said Kings Highway; Thence running along the northerly side of said Kings Highway eighty feet (80) more or less to the point or place of beginning; Being the entire portion of Plot M as shown on said map which is situate and lies easterly of the Private Roaa shown on said map, together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the Party of the First Part in and to said premises.
