by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or

lying and being iac*x at East Marion, Town of Southold. County of Suffolk and State
of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Parcel I--beginning at a point on the easterly boundary line of land now
or formerly of Stamos, at the northwesterly corner of the premises herein
described,said point being south 11'23130" east, 140.51 feet from a monument
at the easterly terminus of the southerly line of Aquaview Avenue; from said
point of beginning running along land now or formerly of Stamos and land now
or formerly of Mitchel, north 78'36130" east, 120 feet to the westerly line of
a 35 foot private road, being the westerly line of Parcel 11 hereinafter described;
thence along said westerly line, south 11°23130" east, 50 feet to land of the party
of the second part; thence along said land of the party of the second part,
south 7896130"west, 120 feet to land now or formerly of Stamos;thence along
said land now or formerly of Stamos, north 11°23130"west, 50 feet to the point
of beginning.
Parcel II--beginning at the northeasterly corner of Parcel I hereinabove
described, being the southwesterly corner of Parcel II conveyed by Stara to
one Mitchel, and being on the westerly line of said 35 foot private road; running
thence along said land now or formerly of Mitchel, north 78°36'30" east, 17.50
feet to lagg�,d now or tormarly of Couphos; running thence along said land now or
formerly!ef Couphos, south 11°23'30" east, 50 feet; thence along land of the
party of the second part, south 78°36'30" west, 17.50 feet to the southeasterly
corner of Parcel I hereinabove described; thence along said Parcel I, being
along said westerly line of said 35 foot private road, north 11°23'30" west,
50 feet to the point of beginning.
BEING and intended to bb the same premises conveyed to the party of the first
part by deed made by William Stars recorded in the Suffolk_county clerk's
office.
