State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Sylvan Drive where it is intersected
by the southerly line of Locust Court, and running thence southerly along the
westerly line of Sylvan Drive forth (40) feet; thence westerly on a line parallel
with the southerly line of Locust Court one hundred (100) feet; thence northerly
parallel with the westerly line of Sylvan Drive forty (40) feet to the southerly
aide of Locust Court; and thence easterly along the southerly side of Locust Court
one hundred (100) feet to the point of Beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way for street purposes to pees and repass war Sylvan Drive,
Locust Court and Old Orchard Lane, no interest in the fee to the land in said roadways
being conveyed hereunder.
AND ALSO. ALL that plot of land, situate at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk, State of New York, know as and by the Lot t43A on a certain map entitled
"Map of Section Twp, Gardiner's Bay Estates, situate at East Marion, Long Island",
which map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk 's Office on September 23,1927 under
the number 275.
TOGETHER with a right of way to pass and repass for street purposes Over all streets
on said map, no interest in the fee to the land in said streets, however, being
conveyed hereunder.

TOGETHER with all the rights of the party of the first part to the use of tie

County of Suffolk, State of New York, which plot is known as and by the lots numbers
14A (Fourteen A) and 42A (Forty-two A) as shown on a Map entitled "Map of Section One ~J
Gardiner's Bay Estates, situate at East Marion, Long Island" which map was filed in
Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 23, 1927 under the number 255.
BEING AND INTENDED 1O BE the same premises conveyed by Gardner's Bay Company, Inc.,
to Annie L. Olsen by deed dated November 21,1935 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on November 27,1935 in Liber 1840 of Deeds at page 197 and devised to
Albert A. Olsen, by the Will of Annie L. Olsen, admitted to probate by the Surrogate's
Court of Suffolk County on the 10th day of December 1951 and this conveyance is
subject to all of the terms, conditions and restrictions mentioned and described
in said deed and this deed also conveys to the parties of the second part all
easements, rights and privileges whatsoever vested in or possessed by said Annie
L. Olsen, by virtue of said deed to her from Gardner's Bay Company, Inc.
BEING the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part herein, by
deed from Elsie Anna Cordes, formerly Elsie Anna Milne, dated September 14, 1946
and recorded September 1.8, 1946 in liber 2623 of Conveyances, page 204 in the
County Clerk's Office, Suffolk County, and by deed from Albert A. Olsen, dated
July 8, 1952 and recorded July 15, 1952 in Liber 3379 of Conveyances, page 76 in
said Clerk's Office.
I
