and valuable consideration and the sum of St.00, Lawful money of the Un ited States,
paid by the party of the third part, does hereby grant and release unto the parties
of the second part and their assigns for and during the natural lives of the parties
of the second part (and the successor), and upon their death, if simultaneous, or
upon the death of the survivor, to the party of the third part, his heirs and assigns
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with the buildings and
improvements thereon erected, situate, Lying, and being at East Marion, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner of land now or formerLy of Ilellman,
and from said point of beginning running thence along said Land now or formerly of
Schroeder, south 10o31'00" east, 175 feet to land now or formerly of Stars; rumting
thence along said land, south 78036'30" west, 111.88 feet to the easterly Side of
a private road; running thence along the easterly side of said road, the following
courses and distances: (1) north 11023'30" west, :33.50 feet; (2) north 17026'30 west,
142.29 feet to the southerly side of said land of Hellman; running thence along said
land, north 78036130" east, 129.55 feet to the point or place of begin iug.
