Lloyd Harbor, Huntington, New York.
parry of the find part,and WILLIAM S. FALTIN and EMiILY E. FxLTIN, his wife,
both residing at #305 Lynn Avenue, East Northport,
New York.
party of the second part,
WRNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of len dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

Parking purposes as shown on said Mlap in common with others.
SUBJECT TO the Zoning Laws and Amendments thereto of the Town of
Southold.
SUBJECT TO the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions recorded in

167 on June 8, 1964 and Amendments recorded in the Office of the

This conveyance is made in the ordinary course of business of the
party of the first part.
There has been executed and delivered simultaneously herewith and
intended to be recorded herewith, a purchase moyy mortgate in the
sum of $13,000.00 which mortgage is dated the-5 day of July, 1968,
which was made and executed by the party of second part herein to
the party of the first part.
