along land now or formerly of James F. Douglass, three courses as follows:
(1) South 63 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds West 116.01 feet; thence
(2) North 6 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds West 158.99 feet; thence
(3) North 81 degrees 17 minutes 50 seconds East 63,11 feet to the point
or place of beginning.

the party of the first part herein by deed dated April 7, 1964, from James F..
