DOUGLASS, residing at Orient, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and ELIZABETH ROWE BLOCK, residing at 412 Curry Street, Carson City, Nevada, parties of the second part, 1001 e$f{e , that the pan y of the drn part,in consideration of TEN ($10.00) - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Dollars, lawful money of the United States, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the part tea of the second part does hereby peruse,release and quitclaim unto the parties of the second part, their heirs and aatigaa forever, all of her right, title and interest in, of and to = that certain lot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Orient, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly side of the New Highway at the intersection of the Easterly line of said New Highway with the Southerly line of a 20 foot roadway running easterly along the Southerly line of the premises hereby conveyed, and run- ning thence North 19 degrees 41 minutes 10 seconds West along the Easterly line of said highway 238.42 feet to the foot of the bank, running thence in a generally Easterly direction along the foot of the bank a distance of 125 feet, thence Southerly on a line parallel with the Easterly line of Lot No. 1 on a certain map known as "Subdivision of a Section of property of Charles L. Young, situate at Orient, L. I. " a distance of 239,56 feet to the Northerly line of the 20 foot roadway above referred to and thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said roadway about 146.21 feet to the point or place of beginning. The premises above described are known and designated as Lot No. 1 and the �c Westerly 54.21 feet of Lot No. 2 as laid down and designated on a certain map entitled "Subdivision of a Section of property of Charles L. Young, situate at Orient, L. I. " surveyed by Halsey and Van Tuyl, December 13, 1913, and now or hereafter 'l to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County. And also the strip of beach I, lying in front of the premises above described, bounded as follows, to wit: Northerly 'll by ordinary highwater mark of Long Island Sound, Easterly by other beach land of said Charles L.
