generally bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING, at a post at the northwesterly corner of land now or formerly of
Percy Douglass where said land adjoins land of the party of the first part; from
said point o4 beginning running thence along said land of Percy Douglass South 26
degrees 47 minutes 20 seconds East 129.20 feet; thence atong land of the party of
the first part three courses, as follows:
(1) South 63 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds West 116.01 feet;
thence
(2) North 6 degrees 09 minutes 30 second, West 158,99 feet; thence
(3) North 81 degrees 17 minutes 50 seconds East 63.11 feet to the point or
place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way 20 feet in width from the southwesterly corner
of the above described premises northerly about 325 feet to the southerly line of
King Street.
This deed is given for the purpose of correcting an error in the name of the party
of the first part in a deed by the party of the first part to the party of the second
part hereunto executed, acknowledged and delivered on the 13th day of November,
1861, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 5082 of Deeds at
page 359 on November 16, 1961.
TOGETHER with all right.tide and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
