and distances:

The conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed by
Constance B. Evans as mortgagor to Floyd F. King, as mortgagee, which
mortgage is dated October 18, 1963 and was recorded on October 23, 1963
in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, and on which mortgage there is
now due the sum of$5,966.68 with interest thereon at the rate of six(6%)per
cent per annum from July 18, 1968, and that the grantee hereby assumes and
covenants to pay such mortgage debt and interest as part of the consideration
for this conveyance.
