BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly line of South Lane

concrete monument at the intersection of said "line with the
southwesterly line of Hast Lane; and running thence northwesterly
parallel with Hast Lane one hundred (100) feet; thence southwesterly
parallel with South Lane ninety-two feet and eight hundred seventy-
five one-thousandths of a foot (92.875) to the northeasterly line of
West Lane; thence southeasterly along West Lane ninety-five (95)
feet to a monument; thence easterly six (6) feet more or less
(along the intersection of West and South Lanes) to a monument and
the northwestetiy line of South Lane; thence 'northeasterly 'along
South Lane eighty-seven feet and eight hundred seventy-five one-
thousandths of a foot (87.875) to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with an easement to pass and re-pass over South Lane,
East Lane, West Lane and North Lane out over Sylvan Drive and
Old Orchard Lane to the main road for the purpose of access
to said premises from said highway and together with "the right
to use the beach along Gardiner's Bay as hereinafter described for
bathing and similar purposes with an easement for a right of way
over the path leading from South Lane to said beach, such use to
be subject to the restrictions Contained i,n the deed from Prank S,
Thorp and Lois Johnson Thorp, his wife, to William V. Howard (party
of the first part) and Ruth W. Howard, his wife, dated the 19th
day of September, 1951, and recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk in Liber 3267, Page 307 of Deeds on
September 22, 1951.

BEGINNING at a concrete monument at a point on the southeasterly
line of South Lane which is distant When measured along said line
sixty-seven feet and thirty-four one-hundredtha of a foot (67.34)
northeasterly of the northeasterly line of land conveyed by the
aforementioned Frank S. Thorp and Lois Johnson Thorp, his wife,

or less to the point on the northeasterly line of said land sold to
Gernannt which point Is distant me hundred seventy-eight feet and
ninety-four one-hundredths of a foot (178.94) southeasterly of
South Lane when measured along Gernannt's land; thence south

along said land sold to Flora E. Gernannt sixty-seven eet and
seventy-one one-hundredths of a foot (67.71) to the ordinary high
water mark of Gardinerts Bay; thence northeasterly along said
ordinary high water mark one hundred fifty feet and eighty-two
one-hundredths of a foot '(150.82) more or less to the point of
its intersection with a line drawn on the course south thirty-
one degrees one minute thirty seconds east (S. 310 1' 30" E.)
from a concrete monument on the southerly side of South Lane
distant seventy-seven feet and seventy-five one-hundredths of a
foot (77.75) northeasterly from the point of beginning;
running thence north third -one degrees one minute thirty
seconds west (N. 310 11 30' W.) fifty-six feet and eighty-seven
one-hundredths of a foot (56.87) more or less to a concrete
monument; thence southwesterly a straight line seventy (70)
feet more or less along other land of Frank S. Thorp and Lois
Johnson Thorp, his wife, to a concrete monument; thence north
thirty-one degrees one minute thirty seconds west (N. 310 11 30" W.1
along other lands of Frank S. Thorp and Lois Johnson Thorp, his
wife, one hundred seventy-nine feet and thirty-seven one-hundredths
of a foot (179.37) to a monument on the southerly side of South Lane;
and thence south forty-two degrees forty-six minutes thirty seconds
west (S. 420 46' 30" W.) along South Lane ten feet and forty-one
one-hundredths of a foot (10.41) to the point of beginning.
