EGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of Harbor Road, two
hundred forty-six and no tenths (246.00) feet northwesterly along
said southwesterly line from King Street (also known as "Hog Pond
Road") and running along the northwesterly line of a right of way,
hereinafter described, S. 49 deg. 32' 00" W.-two hundred fifteen (215)
feet, more or Less, to ordinary high water mark of Orient Bay; thence
�northwesterly along said high water mark, seventy-nine (79) feet,
more or lea a; thence along other land of the party of the second
part N. 49 deg. 32' 00" E.-230 feet more or less to said south-
westerly line of Harbor Road; thence along said southwesterly line

Hundreths (77.52) feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right of way from Harbor Road to orient Bay,

where it adjoins said Harbor Road and fifty (50) feet wide on its
southwesterly end where it adjoins said Orient Bay and the north-
westerly Line of which is the southeasterly boundary of the premises
