150.45 feet to an iron pipe and land of Alfred Young, Jr.; thence
W3 along said land of Young, S. 400 28' E.-87.50 feet; thence along land
conveyed, or about to be conveyed, by the party of the first part
to the party of the second part, 5.490 32' W.-150.45 feet to said
northeasterly line of Harbor Road; thence along said northeasterly line
of Harbor Road, N. 400 28' W.-87.50 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with a right of way over a strip of land LO feet in width
at its northeasterly end where it adjoins Harbor Road and running
about 210 feet southwesterly to a width of 50 feet where it adjoins
Orient Bay; said right of way beginning 236 feet northwesterly along
said Harbor Road from the northwesterly line of King Street.
PARCEL # 2 : BEGINNING at a point on the northeasterly line of Harbor
Road, 87.50 feet southeasterly along said northeasterly line from
Douglass Street, being the southerly corner of land conveyed, or about
to be conveyed, by the party of the first part to the party of the
second part; and running along said land, N.490 32' E.-150.45 feet to
land of Alfred Young, Jr.; thence along said land of Young, 5.400 28'
E.-87.50 feet to an iron pipe; thence along other land of the party of
the first part, 5.490 32' W.-124.03 feet to said northeasterly line of
Harbor Road; thence along said northeasterly line of Harbor Road, N.
570 16' 10" W. - 91.40 feet to the point of beginning.
