BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the southerly side of a proposed 50 foot
private road known as North View Drive at the northwesterly corner of land
now or formerly of MacDougall; from said point of beginning running along said
land, south 24000' east, 125 feet to an iron pipe; thence along land now or form-
erly of Robertson, south 57"12'50"west, 157.93 feet to land now or formerly of
Dyer and others; thence along said land, north 43'40'30" west, 200 feet to said
southerly line of North View Drive; thence along said southerly line of North
View Drive, two courses, as follows: 1) north 79'42'00" east, 156.50 feet,
thence north 67'42'40" east, 71.40 feet to the point or place of beginning.

TOGETHER with a right of way over (said proposed) 50 foot private road to be
known as North View Drive from the northwesterly corner of the premises
easterly about 450 feet to the westerly end of a 33 foot private road known as
North View Drive.
ALSO with a right of way over said 33 foot private road known as North View
Drive and a 33 foot private road known as South View Drive, and a 33 foot
private road known as Brown's Hills Drive.
SUBJECT to (1) any state of facts an accurate survey might show; (2) covenants,
restrictions, easmenta, agreements, reservations and zoning regulations of record;
(3) covenants and agreements recorded in a multiple party agreement dated
September 22, 1956, recorded November 14, 1956, in the office of the clerk of
the County of Suffolk in liber 4212 of conveyances, page 426, the premises
described herein having heretofore been made a part of the Brown's Hills Estates
Development;
SUBJECT to the discipline and conditions and entitled to rights and privileges
thereof; (4)to the right of one Douglas M. Robertson to deed or convey the
proposed 50 foot right of way to Brown's Hills Estates, Inc.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first
part by deed made by Douglas M. Robertson dated September 9, 1961, recorded
in said county clerk's office in liber 5049 of conveyances, page 171, the metes
and bounds description in said deed having been subsequently corrected by cor-
rection deed made by the said Douglas M. Robertson to the parties of the first
partdated November 21, 1961, recorded November 22, 1961, in liber 5085 of
conveyances, page 205, in said county clerk's office.
