the same is intersected by the easterly side of land now or formerly
of Rockett; and running
THENCE North 49 degrees 46 minutes East along the southerly
side of Main Road 66.0 feet to the westerly side of land now or
formerly of Brooks;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Brooks the following
2 courses and distances
1. South 28 degrees 06 minutes 20 seconds East 165.0 feet;
2. South 49 degrees 46 minutes West 66.0 feet to land now or
formerly of Hackett;
THENCE North 28 degrees 06 minutes 20 seconds West along said
land now or formerly of Rockett 165.0 feet to the southerly side
of Main Road at the point or place of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED t0 BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by Kenneth M. Vail and John W. Vail, jointly and as
exedutors under the Last Will and Testament of Albert Edwards Vail,
deceased by deed dated July 8th 1961 and recorded in Aj3pffolk
County Clerkts Office on July 19th, 1961 in Libor 5019a page 73.
