party of the first part,and ERNEST G. CURRAN and NARY C. CURRAN, his wife,

WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part.in consideration of

folk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at a point about 500 feet
easterly from the easterly line of Bay Avenue on the northerly line of
a 16 foot roadway on the beach south of Marion Lake and being at the
I southeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Schiavoni and others;
running thence along said land last mentioned and parallel to said
easterly line of Bay Avenue and passing through a concrete monument
near the shore of Marion Lake North 34 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds
West 200 feet, more or lees, to said shore of Marion Lake; thence

line parallel to the first described boundary South 34 degrees 12
minutes 40 seconds East 200 feet, more or less, to a concrete monu-
ment on the northerly line of said 16 foot roadway; thence along said
northerly line of said 16 foot roadway South 64 degrees 59 minutes
50 seconds West 60 feet to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way over said 16 foot roadway from the
easterly line of Bay Avenue easterly to the easterly line of the
above described premises.
TOGETHER with a right-of-way 8 feet in width over a certain
Ilstrip of land adjacent to the easterly line of land now or formerly
lof Schiavoni and others running from said 16 foot right-of-way
southerly to the bay.
TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest, if any, of
Ithe party of the first part of, in and to the land under the waters
of Marion Lake, abutting the above described premises.
BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated the 15th day of May, 1941, and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on August 81 19419 in Liber 2179
sof Deeds at Page 572 and by deed dated September 25, 1944, and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 19, 1945, in Liber 2456
of Deeds at Page 284.
