known as Aquaview Road, said point beim- distant Six hundred forty-five
and 06/100tba (645.08) feet easterly along the southerly line of
Aquaview Road from a point on the easterly side of Rocky Point Road,
S. 130 451 10" E. one hundred seventy-five and 0
1/100ths (175.01) feet,
from a concrete monument on said easterly line of Rocky Pott Road, near
the edre of the Sound '31uff; running thence three courses as follows-.-

from Aquaview Road to Long Island Sound, more particul arly described

BEGINNING at a stake on the northerly line of Aquaview Road and
distant four hundred ninety (490) feet easterly from the easterly line
of Rocky Point Road measured along said northerly line of said
Aquaview Road; running thence N. 70 101 10" 14,-260 feet nore or less
to Lon, Island Sound; thence easterly along said Long Island Sound
fifty-nine (59) feet Wore or less; thence S. 40 101 10" E.-280 feet
more or less to said northerly line of Aquaview Road; thence along

East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the northeasterly
corner of land of parties of the second part, at apoint on the south-
erly line of Aquaview Avenue; runnin§ thence along said southerly line
of Aquaview Avenue, South 830 10' 10 East, Sixty (60) feet to land of
Ann E. Davies; thence along said land of Ann E. Davies, two courses,
as follows:
1. South 00 13' 20" East 108.50 feet; thence
2. South 4° 37' 20" East 100.17 feet; thence
along other land of said W. Courtland Case, two courses, as follows:
1. South 52° 32' West 115.0 feet; thence
2. North 11° 15' 20" West 143.65 feet to the southwesterly
corner of said land of Schumacher; thence along said land of said
Schumacher, 'two courses, ad follows:

BEGINNING at a stake on the northerly line of Aquaview Avenue, and
distant four hundred ninety (490) feet easterly from the easterly line
of Rocky Point Road measured along said northerly line of said Aquaview
Avenue; running thence N. 70 10' 10" W. two hundred sixty (260) feet
more or less to Long Island Sound; thence easterly along said Long
Island Sound fifty-nine (59) feet more or less; thence 5. 40 10' 10"
E. two hundred eighty (280) feet more or less, to said northerly line
of Aquaview Avenue; thence along, said northerly line of Aquaview Avenue,
N. 830 10' 10" W. forty-five (45) feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER With it right of way, fifty (50) fest in width the north-
erly and westerly line of which is the southerly boundary of the
premises herein described (lots 41-42) and the continuation thereof
northeasterly and then northerly to said southerly line of Aquaview
Avenue.
