BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Cedar Drive distant southerly
265 feet from the corner formed by the intersection of the southerly side of Aquaview
Avenue and the wested y side of Cedar Drive, running thence South 100 46' 00" east
96 feet; thence south 890 571 40" west and parallel with the 50 foot right of way 200
feet; thence north 100 46' 00" west and parallel with Cedar Drive 96 feet more or less
to the sod hwest corner of the land conveyed by Aquaview Realty Corporation to Alice
S. King by the Deed dated July 31, 1959; thence along the southerly line of the
property conveyed by said Deed 200 feet more or less to the westerly side of Cedar
Drive at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part by Aquaview Realty Corporation by deed dated September lst,1960 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on December 28th, 1960 in Liber 4927
of deeds at page 277.
