as Joint Tenants, with the right of survivorship, residing on
Washington Corner Road, Porough of Pernardsville, County of
Somerset and State of New Jersey, Party of the Second Part,
WITNESSETH, that in consideration of the sum of TE[I

said Party of the pirst Part do grant, bargain, sell and convey,
unto the said Party of the Second Part their heirs and assigns
forever,
ALL that certain plot, niece or parcel of land, with
the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in the Village of Orient, Town of Southold, Suffolk
County, New York, bounded and described as follows: Northerly
and Gertrude

by land of Charles Davis; southerly by land of Nelson tiouglass
and Maude Latham; and westerly by Orient ;:arbor. 'Together with
the buildings and improvements tho:eon, containing one (1) acre,
more or less.
And more particularly described in n recent survey by
Otto Cl. Van Tail, surveyor, as follows:

August 20, 1957 and recorded Suffolk County Clerkls Office

Leing the same premises conveyed to Jocelyn C. Cooper
by deed of George '9. Douglass Jr. and W. Suprene Sanfilinno, as
Executors under the Last '9111 and Testament of Ceorj�e 'l. Dou_Lasa„
dated August 20, 1957 and recorded Suffolk County Clerkts rffice
