iBEGINAIAG at the earner formed by the intersection of the south-
easterly side of Oyster Ponds Lane with the southwesterly side of
Main Road; running thenoe southeasterly along thb southwesterly
side of Main Road on a curve bearing to the left, having a radius
of 1066.23 feet, a distance along the arc of said curve of 86.97
j feet; running thence mouth 26048050" west, along land now or
formerly of N. A. Luce, 111.50 feet to land now or formerly of P.
Hackett, formerly of W. H. Kellog; thence along said last men-
tioned land, north 72°29'40" west, 88.11 feet to the southeast-
erly side of Oyster Ponds Lane; running thence along the South-
easterly aide of Oyster Ponds Lane, north 28°13'00" bast, 108.50
feet to the corner first mentioned above, at the point or place
of beginning.
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of
the first part of, in and to said road and said lane to the
center lines thereof in front of and adjacent to the land herein
described.
TOGETHER with an easement of ingress and agrees (in common with
A. Alfred Luoe, his heirs, successors, assigns and lioemsees)
over other property of the said N. Alfred Luce measured at right
angles to said Young Estate Line, and described as: all that
certain piece or parcel of land fronting on said Main Road and
adjoining the parcel hereinbefore described on the east and be-
ing approximately 18 feet wide by about 30 feet in depth, as suoh
strip is now used for such purposes, which easement shall terminate
forthwith if the property first described shall cases to be used
as a service station or garage. A mere temporary cessation of
! such use shall not terminate the easement. On the termination
of the easement, N. Alfred Luce, him heirs, successors or assigns,
I shall be entitled to exclude the parties of the second part, their
'I! heirs, aucceasora or assign$, from any further use of the property
previously subject to the easement.
