BETWEEN RAYMOND E. GOLDER and ANNA M. GOLDER. his wife, both residing
at Southold, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the first part,and FRANK BEGORA. JR.. and IRIS BEGORA, his wife, both
residing at Bay Avenue, East Marion, Suffolk County, New York,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration

formerly of Edward W. Latham:

(2) South 1 degree 31 minutes 00 seconds East, 45. 16 feet;
(3) South 5 degrees 38 minutes 30 seconds East, 100 feet; thence along land
now or formerly of Saul, South 78 degrees 05 minutes 10 seconds West, 150 feet
to the easterly side of Youngs Avenue and thence along the easterly side of Youngs
Avenue,
(1) North 9 degrees 16 minutes 00 seconds West, 53.21 feet;
(2) North I degree 31 minutes 00 seconds West, 91.95 feet, and
(3) North 9 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds West 4.84 feet to the point or place
