THIS INDENTURE, made the 7X4 day of , 1962, between
Douglas N. Robertson, residing at Orient, New York, party of
\ the first part, and Brown's Hills Estates, Inc., a domestic
a membership corporation having its office and principal place

NITHBSSETH, that the party of the first pert, in consideration
of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the
party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and as-
signs of the party'of the second part forever,
ALL those certadns plots, pieces or parcels of land, situate,
lying and being at Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL I. beginning at the westerly terminus of that course
of the northerly line of a 33 foot private road known as North
View Drive which rune south 80000' west; from said point of
beginning running across the westerly end of said North View
Drive, south 29°30100" east, 35 feet; thence south 37041'40"
west, 26.53 feet; thence the following courses: (1) south 670
42020" west, 273.01 feet; thence (2) south 79°42100" west, 156.50
feet to land of Dyer and others; thence along said land of Dyer
and others, north 43°40130" west, 59.87 feet; thence the follow-
ing courses: (1) north 79042100" east184.18 feet; thence (2)
north 67042120" east, 277.09 feet; (3f north 80°00' east, 9.45
feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL II: beginning at the westerly terminus of that course of
the southerly line of a 33 foot private road known as South View
Drive which runs south 66°00' meet (as altered January, 1958);
from said point of beginning running theollowing courses: (1)
south 81°22'20" west, 124.93 feet; thence (2) south 49°28'00"
west, 135 feet; thence (3) north 43°40'30" west, 170 feet; thence
(4) north 12°09100" east, 155.52 feet; thence (5) north 10°00'
west, 165 feet to the southerly line of a 50 foot private road;
thence along said southerly line, north 37°41140" east, 26.53
feet to the westerly terminus of that course of the southerly
line of a 33 foot privat0oad known as North View Drive which
rune south 80°00' west; thence along said southerly line of North
View Drive, north 80°00' east, 30.38 feet; thence the following
courses: (1) south 10°00' east, 192.64 feet; thence (2) south
12°09100" west, 138.82 feet; thence (3) south 43140'30" east,
96.19 feet; thence (4) north 49028'00" east, 101.97 feet; thence
(5) north 81022120" east, 105.43 feet to land of Douglas and
Dorothy Robertson; thence along said land, across the westerly
end of said South View Drive, south 42°40150" east, 60.35 feet
to the point of beginning.
. PARCEL III: beginning at the westerly terminus of that course
of the northerly line of a 33 foot private road known as North
View Drive which runs south 80°00' west; from said point of
beginning running north 24000' west, 340 feet, more or less, to
ordinary high water mark of Long Island Sound; thence westerly
along said high water mark, 20 feet, more or less; thence on a
line parallel to and 20 feet westerly from the first course here-

View Drive; thence along said northerly line, 2 courses, as
follows: (1) north 67042120^ east, 10.83 feet; thence (2) north
80000' east, 9.45 feet to the point of beginning; the above
described right of way being 20.0 feet in width.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights
of the party of the first part in and to said premises;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party
of the second part, its successors and assigns, forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that he has not done
or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered
in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
