do hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part,
their heirs and assigns forever,
that plot of land situate at East Marion, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk, State of New York, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of West Lane seventy
five (75) feet southeasterly of its intersection with the southerly
side of North Lase and running thence southeasterly along the southweste ly
aide of West Lane seventy-five (75) feet to land conveyed to Bushman;
thence at right angles to the southwesterly side of Went Lane along said
land of Bushmann one hundred twenty-five (125) feet, more or lesa, to
land as shown on ■Map of Section Two Gardiner': Bay Estates" owned by
Gardhers Bay Company Inc. thence northwesterly along said land as showr
on said map seventy-live ZM feet, more or less- thence northeasterly
and again at right angles to the southwesterly side of West Lane one
hundred twenty-five (125) feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties
of the first part by Frank S. Thorp and Lois Johnson Thorp by deed dated
August 15th 1955 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on
September 13th, 1955 in Liber 3971 at page 169.
SUBMIT to zoning regulations and ordinances of the Town of Southold ,
Suffolk County, New York.
