On the East by lands of Gardiner's Bay Comps U; On the South by
land conveyed this day to Dorris Jackson and Dorthula F. Jackson, his
wife; on the West by other lands of the parties of the second part
and North by lands now or formerly of Wayland C. Brown.
BEING and intended to be part of the premises shown on a certain
map entitled "Map of Marion Manor, situated at East Marion, Town of
Southold, SuffolY, County, New York, surveyed November 25, 1952 by Otto
W. Van Tuy1 & Son, licensed surveyors, in Greenport, N. Y., owned and
filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk. on March 18,
1953 as Map #2038, as being owned by "Unknown Owner" and being that part
of said parcel north of an extension of the north line of the lot im-
mediately north of Lot #65 and marked "RESERVED", and further,
ALSO BEING and intended to be part of premises conveyed to party
of the first part by Paul Harry,
