1927, as map number 859•
EXCEPTING therefrom so much of said lands as were conveyed by the
party of the first part to the party of the first part and others
by deed dated July 6, 1961, and recorded in the office of the clerk
of the County of Suffolk July 10, 1961, liber 5013 of conveyances,
page 222.
TOGETHER with a right of way for the purpose of ingress and egress
from said lots to Sound Avenue, also known as Rocky Point Road,
as shown on said map, as the same may be modified, exchanged or
otherwise affected by instruments of record subsequent to the date
of the filing of the said map.
