conveyed by the party of the first part to Douglas MacDougall; from said

125 feet to an iron pipe; thence along land of the party of the first par

southerly line of North View Drive; thence along said southerly line of

TOGETIfER with a right of way over said proposed 50 foot private road to b
known as North View Drive from the northwesterly corner of the premises
easterly about 450 feet to the westerly end of a 33 foot private road
known as North View Drive.
ALSO with a rig,t of way over said 33 foot private road known as North
View Drive and a 33 foot private road known as South View Drive and a 33
j foot private road known as Brown'a Hills Drive.
SUBJECT to (1) any state of facts an accurate survey might show; (2) cov-
enants, restrictions, easements, agreements, reservations and zaing regul -
tfons of record; (3) covenants and agreements recorded in a multiple part
agreement dated September 22, 19569 recorded November 14, 1956, in the of
fice of the clerk of the County of Suffolk in liber 4212 of conveyances,
page 426, to which the party of the first part was a party, the premises
described herein having heretofore been made a part of the Brown's Hills
(Estates Development, SUBJECT to the discipline and conditions and entitle
to the rights and privileges thereof; (4) to the right of the party of
the first part to deed or convey the proposed 50 foot right of way to
Brown's Hills Estates, Inc.

This is a correction deed given to correct an error in the metes and
bounds description of the premises conveyed by the party of the first
part to the parties of the second part by deed dated September 9,
1961, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk
in liber 5049 of conveyances, page 171, wherein the last course was
recited as "(2) north 67"42-40" west * * *" instead of "(2) north
67°42140" east * * *" as set forth herein.
