ALL that plot of land situate at East Marion, Town of Southold,
Suffolk County, State of New York, which includes all of lot no. 35 and
parts of lots nos. 36 and 37 shown on a map entitled "Map of Section Two
Gardiner's Bay Estate, situate at East Marion, Long Island" which map
was filed in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 23rd, 1927, under
the number 2759 and which plot is particularly described as follows:-
BEGINNING at the point where the northeasterly line of Knoll Circle is
intersected by the division line between lots nos. 34 and 35 hs shown oa
said map and running thence north thirty-one degrees forty-two minutes
fifty seconds (N. 31° 42' 50" w.) west along Knoll Circle sixty-seven
(67') feet to land conveyed by party of the first part to Charles F. Ate
and Louella Atz, his wife, by deed dated June 3rd, 1960, and recorded in
Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 4821 of deeds at page 60; .8hence
north seventy-seven degrees thirty-one minutes ten seconds (N. 77 31'
10" E.) east along land of said Charles F. and Lonella Atz one hundred
twenty-four and fifty-seven one-hundredths (124.57 ) feet more or leas
to the high water mark of Spring Pond; thence southeasterly along said
high water mark one hundred sixty (160') feet more or less to its inter-
section with the southerly line of lot no. 35 as shown on said map and
thence north seventy-three degrees twenty-two.mfautes fifty seconds
(N. 73° 22' 50" 4.) west along the boundary line between lots nos. 34 and
35 one hundred seventy-eight (178') feet more or lees to the point of
beginning.
TRIS DEED is given to correct the description in the deed dated January
31st, 1962, madeby the party of the first part to the parties of the
second part recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office on February 5th,
1962 in Liber 5121 of deeds at page 402. The premises are subject to all
reservations, convenants and restrictions as set forth in said deed and
the parties of the second part have all the rights-of-way and other right
as set forth in said deed. Correction was necessary as partyof the fire
part had conveyed a triangular portion of lot no. 36 to Charles F. Atz
and wife by deed dated June 3rd, 1960; and Charles F. Atz and wife had
conveyed to the party of the firat part a triangular plot out of lot no.
37 by deed dated June 3rd, 1960, recorded in said Clerk's Office in Liber
4821 of deeds at page 58.
