1^ land of Krumbeigel; from said point of beginning running along the southed y
line of said 50 foot private road known as North View Drive north 67 degrees
42 minutes 20 seconds east 201.61 feet to an iron pipe and other land of Douglas
M. Robertson;
THENCE South 10 degrees 00 minutes east along said last mentioned land 16.5
feet to an iron pipe and land of Meyer formerly of Robertson;
THENCE South 80 degrees 16 minutes 10 seconds west along said last mentioned
land 166.75 feet to an iron pipe and land of Belfit formerly of Robertson;
THENCE North 24 degrees 00 minutes west along said last mentioned land 125
feet to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way, and the right, in common with others, to pass
and repass over the streets, roads and avenues of Brown's Hills Estates, as
described (as Parcel 1) in a deed from N. Alfred Luce and Joseph M. Rose to
Brown's Hills Estates, Inc., dated July 5, 1955 and recorded in Liber 3923 of
De.:its at Page 165 on July 7, 1955 to the Main Road (Route 25).
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of
the first part by Douglas M. Robertson by deed dated January 30th, 1961 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on February 10th, 1961 in Liber
4946 of deeds at page 311.
