THIS INDENTURE,made the day of August ,nineteen hundred and sixty-eight
BEEDWARD B. ADAMS, residing at Main Road, Orient, Suffolk
County, New York, as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of
ROBERT S. ADAMS, Deceased, formerly of Orient, Suffolk County, New
York,
party of the first part,and EDWARD B. ADAMS, residing at Main Road, Orient,
Suffolk County, New York, and
SARAH A. WIGGS, residing at Village Lane, Orient,
Suffolk County, New York, as tenants-in-common,
party of the second pact, One
WfIHFSSEIH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of/iq Dollar and other valuable mtaideration
paid by the party of the second par,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lyingutdbeingintbe Village of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as fbllows:-
Northerly by lands of Donald McNeill; Easterly by Village Lane;
Southerly by lands of William Broderick; and Westerly by lands of
George Latham, consisting of one-eighth of an acre, more or less.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed by Leander V.
Beebe, et al, to Robert S. Adams, by deed recorded in the Office of
theClerk of the County of Suffolk on May 1, 1907 in Liber 619 cp 484.
This deed is being given by the party of the first part as Executor
of the Last Will and Testament of Robert S. Adams, deceased, who died
a resident of Orient, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, on
April 16, 1968, which Will was duly admitted to probate by the Surro-
gate of Suffolk County on May 20, 1968 (File No. 710-P-1968) and
Letters Testamentary were issued to the party of the first part on
the same date, said deed being given by the Executor in accordance
with the provisions of such Last Will and Testament.
