ALL that terrain plot,piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and ntgvorenmm, ther—m meted,situate,
lying and being in the Hamlet of Orient, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, briefly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the westerly line of a certain 14 foot right of way,
hereinafter described, 136,5 feet southerly along said westerly line from its
intersection with the southerly line of the Main Road; and running along said
westerly line of said 14 foot right of way and parallel with the easterly side of
a certain barn and 2 feet easterly therefrom, S. 230 081 E. - 61.4 feet; thence
along land now or formerly of Karcher, 3 courses, as follows: (1)on a line
parallel with the southerly side of said barn and 15 feet southerly therefrom,
S. 660 521 W. - 26.2 feet; thence (2)on a line parallel with the westerly side
of said barn and 2 feet westerly therefrom, N. 230 081 W. - 61.4 feet; thence
(3)on a line parallel with the northed y side of said barn and 2 feet nort tierly
therefrom, N. 660 521 E. - 26.2 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with a right of way 14 feet in width, the westerly line of which
begins at a point on the southerly line of the Main Road N. 660 50" E. - 132.0
feet along said southerly line from a granite monument set at its intersection
with the easterly line of Halyoake Avenue, and runs S. 350 411 E, - 136,5 feet
to the point of beginning of the premises hereinabove described; thence S. 230
081 E. - 82.3 feet to its intersection with the northerly line of said 14 foot right
of way. Said northerly line runs thence at right angles to the last described
course, S. 660 521 W. - 111.0 feet to said easterly line of Halyoake Avenue.
The easterly and southerly lines of said 14 foot right of way arc parallel
with and 14 feet easterly and southerly from the above described westel'ty and
northerly lines.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by William B. Karcher by deed dated June 31st, 1932 and re-
corded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November 6th, 19:53 in fiber 3432
of deeds at page 215.
